Transaction terms

Price, payment, delivery, cancellation, and support.

Please review the following terms before purchasing digital products. Individually quoted advisory services may be subject to separate written conditions.

Price

Sales price

The sales price is displayed on each product page, checkout page, or individual quotation page.

Displayed prices may be shown in JPY, USD, or another currency depending on the product.
Taxes, if applicable, are calculated and shown during checkout.
For individually quoted services, the price and scope are confirmed separately before engagement.

Fees

Additional fees

No shipping fee applies to digital products. Customers are responsible for internet connection charges and other communication costs.

Digital products are delivered electronically.
Bank transfer, payment processing, or currency conversion fees, if any, may be borne by the customer.
No physical delivery is provided unless explicitly stated.

Payment

Payment method and timing

Payment is processed online through Stripe or another payment method specified at checkout.

Credit card and other payment methods available through Stripe may be used.
Payment is completed at the time the checkout process is finalized.
For custom services, payment terms may be defined separately in the quotation, proposal, or agreement.

Delivery

Delivery timing

Digital products are delivered by email or download access after payment completion.

Delivery is normally triggered immediately after checkout completion.
Depending on system processing, email filtering, or payment confirmation, delivery may take additional time.
If the delivery email does not arrive, please check spam, promotions, and filtered folders before contacting Support.

Cancellation

Cancellation, returns, and refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations and returns are generally not accepted after purchase completion or delivery access has been provided.

If a file is defective, missing, or access does not work, we will provide support or replacement access where appropriate.
Refund handling may differ depending on the payment status, access status, delivery status, and issue details.
For advisory services, cancellation terms may be defined separately before engagement.

Environment

Operating environment and usage conditions

Customers are responsible for preparing the environment required to use the purchased files.

Products may include PDF, Markdown, spreadsheet, ZIP, or other digital file formats.
Spreadsheet files may require compatible spreadsheet software.
The product does not include installation, customization, legal advice, audit assurance, certification support, or implementation support unless explicitly stated.
